Yin Yoga: Gain flexibility and softness!

Are you looking for a particularly gentle and meditative yoga?
Then Yin Yoga is for you.

Inspired by Taoism and Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga is based on the principle of gentle practice with reference to YIN energy.
This energy is said to be: passive, feminine, meditative, and lunar according to traditional Chinese medicine in opposition or complementarity.  with YANG energy, dynamic and solar.

The  postures are held for 3 to 6 minutes. There is no voluntary muscular engagement, but the physical work is very real. 
We will let the posture be done to his body for his greatest good.

Yin postures are restorative. They allow you to better understand your sports practice whatever it is since you work on the connective tissues or fascias. 

The main benefits of practicing Yin yoga are:  

  • Physical  : Deep stretching and softening of yin tissues (joints, tendons, ligaments, and connective fascias)

  • Mental : Experimentation of a real letting go, of an intense relaxation which promotes meditation and develops concentration and self-awareness

Duration 1 hour and 30 minutes: lesson  particular 

Prerequisite : Wear warm and comfortable clothes
