Mandatory registration for each course as the number of places is limited
(but you still have the option to sign up for a recurring course)
Private lessons possible from 1 to 3 people
Course details:

It is best to come to class on an empty stomach or with a last meal taken no later than 3 hours before the class.
​
Sanitary rules in the studio:
​
-Please bring your yoga mat
- Please come directly in your practice outfit
- Minimum distance of one meter between mats
- Oral corrections from the teacher
-Wash hands before entering the room
- Mandatory mask wearing before and after class
