I discovered Yoga at the age of 14.
It has been an unexpected meeting , when I found an initiatic book on the bench of a library. This book changed my life.
 
Since then I have kept on practicing this ancestral art with passion an enthousasm. Yoga is an open door to a magic world,  a world of  harmony and peace for the body and the mind.

It is about breathing, about being here and now.

Specialized in Project Management, my passion and my practice of Yoga led me to enrich my skills, and to understand that perceived value and wellbeing and trust, have to be cultivated inside to shine at personnal end professional level.

Teaching is about sharing.
 
Trained and Certified Alliance International in the Indian Sivananda lineage, I offer you to practice a traditional and authentic approach to Hatha Yoga. My classes are suitable for all levels (beginners, intermediate and advanced) and all stages of life (Yoga for pregnant women, Yoga for children), in business or for events.
