Surya Yoga:
Find the light within!

Start the day with a privileged moment to take care of your body and mind with the practice of morning yoga.

With this special 45-minutes format, dive back into the sources of yoga practice to give your days a touch of positive color!
In Sanskrit "Surya" means Sun, and the sequence of postures addressed to it constitutes the salutation (Namaskar). Originally it was a prayer of thanks addressed to this luminous star without which life would not be possible, as well as to the light present in each of us. 

The Sun Salutation reminds us that every day is a miracle. And the body dances with the breath like an ode to life. 

Here is the typical course of a Surya Yoga session:

  • Guided mediation :  Seated meditation to refocus, with themes

  • Pranayama : Yogic breathing techniques for controlling vital energy and calming the mind

  • Sun salutations: Focus on the variations of an asana according to the theme of the week and the chakras worked

Note: The order of the practices differs according to the energy of the group

Online classes every Friday morning from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

Prerequisite: Come on an empty stomach
