Traditional Hatha Yoga:
An exact science of well-being and happiness!
Traditional Hatha Yoga is an integral approach to Yoga.
It is based on 5 pillars whose daily practice will radically transform your way of life. It aims to make your body flexible and to positively change the way you see the world around you.
-
Asanas : Postures to challenge the body and mind
-
Pranayama : Yogic breathing techniques for the control of the vital energy and the calm the mind
-
Healthy food : Consciously eat fresh and seasonal foods that contribute to the proper functioning of the body
-
Savasana : Deep Relaxation
-
Dhyana and Vedanta : Meditation and Positive Thinking
Each of the yoga class concepts I propose is based on these 5 pillars, with a sequence of postures (more or less dynamic depending on the type of course), specific breathing, and relaxation to properly integrate the benefits of the practice.
A special focus on the philosophy of yoga is offered during conferences and retreat practices.
This integral practice lasts 1h15 and is available in 3 levels:
-
Beginner : For people who have never practiced yoga or traditional Hatha Yoga
-
Intermediate : More advanced postures and breathing. For regular practitioners. Integration subject to the teacher's discretion
-
Advanced: Advanced postures and breathing. Integration subject to teacher 's appreciation
It is best to come to class on an empty stomach or with a last meal taken no later than 3 hours before the class.
Om Namah Shivaya!
